2.1 App Functionality

Premium Features: When you upgrade to Modipix Premium, your subscription status is activated to unlock all advanced features in the app. Subscription and payment processing are handled securely by your device's app store (such as Google Play or Apple App Store). We do not collect or store any of your billing or payment information.

2.2 Advertising and Analytics

App Performance: We analyze anonymous usage data and error reports to diagnose issues, improve the user interface, optimize photo processing speeds, and enhance the overall user experience.

3. Subscription Management

Secure Transactions: All subscription and payment transactions are processed securely through the respective OS app store (Google Play / Apple App Store). Modipix developers do not have access to or store your bank card or payment details.
Subscription Choice: You have the right to cancel the auto-renewal of your Modipix Premium subscription at any time. Please follow the instructions at Google Play Help or Apple Support to perform the cancellation.
Access Period: After cancellation, your Premium benefits will remain active and in effect until the end of the current billing period you previously paid for.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to support app operations and performance analysis:

App Store Services (Google Play / Apple App Store): To process transactions and verify Premium subscription status.
Performance Analytics Services (if any): To track and analyze anonymous usage data to improve user interfaces and resolve technical issues.

These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies governing the protection of data on their systems.

5. Data Storage and Retention

5.1 Local Storage

Device Storage: All data related to your editing history and image exports is processed and stored locally directly on your device. We do not transmit or store this image data on our servers.
Data Loss on Uninstall: If you uninstall the Modipix app, all stored data on the device will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

5.2 Data Retention

Anonymous Analytics: Technical and anonymous analytics data may be retained for up to 2 years to support app improvement and development.
No Personal Data: Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, we do not have a personal database to retain or process requests for deletion of personal data.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but please note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
